I did a 10 page report on the use of body cams and the ratio of police brutality, I found a lot of interesting statistics and facts calling for the use of body cams due to the drastic drop in police misconduct/brutality.
I’ve spent a little time in Rialto, and it’s not surprising why this city decided to try the cameras. Rialto can be a violent place, and in areas where cops are on edge constantly, use of force is often escalated.
